Take The Train The Brave Challenge

by | May 7, 2015

I’ve made it a focus of my life to teach others how to be braver. Courage and bravery aren’t fixed qualities about yourself that can’t be changed. Much like building muscle, you can learn to have more courage and build your “bravery muscles.” Just imagine in your own life what you could do with more bravery. Whether it’s just being brave enough to have a difficult conversation or finding the courage to try something new, bravery enables you to embrace every day.

My new book Brave: 50 Everyday Acts of Courage to Thrive in Work, Love, and Life focuses on just how to build up your bravery muscles, and to guide you step by step through the process, I’ve created the 10-day “Train The Brave Challenge.” I’m very happy to announce that if you purchase a copy of Brave, the Train The Brave Challenge is open to you to take.

You build bravery by acting with it. The Train The Brave Challenge shows you how you can act with bravery in small, do-able steps across 10 days. I’ll work through each day’s challenge with you in a daily video and everything you need to guide you to success.

I hope that you’ll read Brave and join me in taking the Train the Brave Challenge.

Whether you want to make a change, grow your leadership, or better the world, The Courage Gap is your roadmap to close the gap between who you are and who you’re meant to be.

If you ever wish you felt braver, this podcast is for you. You’ll gain inspiration from a host of incredible leaders. I also share my own insights on how to be a bit braver in our relationships, leadership, and life.
