Wow, it’s hard to believe we are over half way through 2018.
I realized over the weekend that, amid all my travels this year (five trips across the globe and counting) I’ve got distracted from some of the commitments I made to myself earlier this year.
But you know what I also realized? This year is not over yet! Not for me, and not for you either! In fact, we still have LOTS of time to do some really cool stuff (and to change the other stuff that drags us down).
Sure, sometimes life can pull us ‘off course’ or just throw us out of our routine as I experienced while moving country last year. But we always – always – have the power to start anew and make a fresh choice. Like choosing not letting our ‘busyness’ be an excuse for not attending to the things that matter most.
So this morning I finally signed up for a group exercise class (which I’d committed to back in January but then…. all that travel… starting my PhD… blah blah blah…)
Let’s face it, it’s easy to make excuses for why some aspects in your life aren’t great (or are outright lousy). But you gotta ask yourself… at what cost?
So if you’re feeling a little (or a lot) stuck/dissatisfied in any area of your life, I’d love to support you by offering 50% off my Life Compass Program for the whole month of July.
I created this 7-week coaching course – complete with weekly videos and worksheets – to help you get real about your life and on track to making the changes and pursuing whatever aspirations that light you up.

So don’t beat yourself up if you’re resolutions have fallen by the way. Rather pick yourself up and start over.
Because if there’s one thing I know for sure it is this… you don’t need a whole year to do amazing things… can do some pretty cool stuff in six months!
You just have to decide you’re not going to make excuses any longer. Life rewards action. Live Bravely!
