Why Attend?

Led by accredited and certified coaches Margie Warrell and Arty Coppes, this full-day program promises to be an investment in yourself that will reap rewards for years to come! During this conference you will learn strategies to:

  • Address sensitive or contentious issues in ways that build trust, collaboration and create alignment around common goals
  • Make more powerful requests and create an environment of accountability
  • Deal with difficult people, navigate confrontation and diffuse conflict

“Fabulous day that not only has helped me refocus on why I do what I do but also gave me a lot of practical strategies and ideas to be more effective at what I do — from how I manage my time and communicate better with others to ways to resolve conflict and enjoy more balance in my very hectic life. Thanks Arty and Margie. You managed to exceed my expectations!” — 2009 Conference Attendee Susan Thomas., Washington D.C.
