We need to know ourselves and lead ourselves so that others will be inspired to follow. We are all unique and inspire different people. My guess is that if everyone lived this way and as you say above, our world would be radically different. I hope your program went well and that lives were changed! Margie, I’m quoting you, but could have said this myself, as well as the part about leadership starting with ourselves.
