For people who would like more structure in their coaching sessions, Margie has developed two 7 step coaching programs: Unleash Your Life! and Time Out for Mom.  You can read more about each of the 7 steps of each program by clicking on the links above.

Both of the 7 Step Programs are conducted over 8 coaching sessions as part of the Silver Coaching Program.  Though there is some structure in each session as you move through the step by step process to achieving your goals, Margie also customizes the sessions around your unique needs and challenges.

Margie will also conduct these sessions in a group coaching format should you have others who would also like to participate in one of these programs. This is obviously a lower cost alternative than 1:1 coaching. Please contact Margie to discuss this option.
